PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict and prevent the flow-out of the high-temperature gas to the inner periphery of an outer pipe of a high-temperature gas pipeline of a combined cycle compound power producing plant using a fluidized layer boiler. SOLUTION: A high-temperature gas pipeline 9, which is provided between a fluidized layer boiler 6 and a gas turbine 8, is formed of an outer pipe 5, heat insulating materials 3, and liners 2 or the like. Multiple hollow cylindrical liners 2 having heat resistance are arranged inside of the outer pipe 5 so as to form a flow passage, and a clearance G for absorbing the thermal expansion of the liner 2 is provided between the liners 2, 2. Multiple hollow cylindrical heat insulating materials 3 are arranged in the flow passage direction between the outer pipe 5 and the liner 2, and the liners 2 and the heat insulating materials 3 are arranged in zigzag each other.
