<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a cement molded body having high turnover rate of the form by a method wherein a cement admixture, which is obtained by mixing ultrarapid hardening cement composition with setting retarder and water having a specified temperature or lower and ice, is formed and heated with a hot press. SOLUTION: In the first process, a cement admixture is obtained by mixing ultrarapid hardening cement composition with setting retarder and water, ice or ice water. The time requiring from the first process to the second process is long enough normally necessary for a batch type production line and lies within the limit of the pot life or the cement admixture or is generally about 1-4 hours. In the second process, the cement admixture is formed and simultaneously cured under heat. By the procedure just mentioned above, the cement admixture, which is kept at a low temperature by being mixed with the water having a temperature of 5 deg.C or lower, ice or ice water at the first process, is heated up to the temperature as high enough as revealing rapid hardening properties.</p> |
