In a system form and state information output method using a window function in a full electronic exchange, the user selects each item information appeared on a window, and indicates it as a command. The system form and state information output method classifies a system whole information with each function unit, made a detail item about it, by combining a system's functional scheme with a structural scheme. The method includes the steps of: opening a window by an input command, transmitting a selection information to a data processing function, registering a timer, and entering into a response ready state; if there is no response from the data processing function during a predetermined time, outputting an error message; reeiving a response ready time information from the data processing function block, registering a timer, and being converted to a ready state; receiving a normal result information from the data processing function block, outputting a result message through a newly opened output window, and being reproduced to the last input window through a close function of the output window.
