<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesion strength of tendon by disentangling a part of PC steel strand to make a spacer lie between disentangled cores, twisting the ends of a disentangled section together, and biding them to form an expansion section. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin circular spacer 6 in cores 4 of a disentangled section 3 in the front end of PC strand 2, and side lines 5 of PC stand 2 are spread out. Then, the ends of the disentangled section 3 are twisted together, a resin pipe 8 in inserted in the ends of a twisting section 7 to bind them with a band 9, and tendon 1 having a cocoon-shaped expansion section 10 is formed. Then, free length section of the tendon 1 is coated with an outside layer cylinder 13 of synthetic resin, and a space between the outside layer cylinder 13 and PC strand 2 is filled with lubricant such as grease, etc. Accordingly, adhesion strength with concrete can be enhanced without using another anchorage device.</p> |
