<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone card where the date and place of purchase and present, the names of presenters, the telephone numbers, memorandum are written by giving a surface treatment on at least a part of the surface where desired characters, codes, and the like are written by handwriting with a writing implement. SOLUTION: The surface 1a of a telephone card 1 is printed with patterns such as a photograph, picture, and an illustration, and has a surface so glossy as to not permit ink of writing instruments to soak in and graphite of pencils to stay on. On the surface 1a, a relatively continuous belt like area consisting of being applied with a readily soaking material of ink of writing implements is formed as a writing in area 3. In this area 3, desired characters, codes, drawings and the like can be written arbitrarily and freely with a writing implement, such as a pencil, or a ball-point pen using oil ink. Ink, graphite or the like of the writing implement easily stick to the area 3, and ink, graphite, and the like never come off the surface easily.</p> |
