PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin hose excellent in abrasion resistance without losing flexibility by containing thermoplastic polyurethane, ethylene-propylene-diene ternary copolymer, and polyamide resin in an outer pipe. SOLUTION: Polyester elastomer and thermoplastic nylon 12 is extruded into a tube shape by using a resin extruding machine, and an inner pipe is formed. Urethane adhesives are applied on the inner pipe, a reinforcing yarn of polyethylene terephthalate is braided, and a reinforcing layer is formed. Adhesives are applied on the reinforcing layer, blend mixture in which ethylene- propylene-diene ternary copolymer and polyamide resin having the total amount of 30 to 90 parts weight are mixed in relation to thermoplastic polyurethane of 70 to 10 parts weight is extruded by using a resin extruder, an outer pipe is formed, and the desired resin hose is manufactured. |
