PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of a resin by providing an auxiliary electrode applying electrostatic charge having polarity opposite to that of a discharge electrode between a molten film extrusion part and the discharge electrode to prevent the electrolytic deterioration of the resin generated by the giving and receiving of electrons between a molten extruded film and a die. SOLUTION: A molten resin is extruded from the die 1 attached to an extruder and negative charge is applied to the molten resin from a needle like discharge electrode arranged at the position before the arranging point of a rotary chill roll 5. Further, a needle like auxiliary electrode 4 is arranged between the discharge electrode 3 and the die 1 on the same side as the discharge electrode 3 with respect to a molten film and the film is continuously extruded while positive charge is applied to the film from the electrode 4. By this constitution, since the current flowing from the discharge electrode 3 to the die 1 by the auxiliary electrode 4 can be removed, the leak current quantity toward the die 1 can be reduced. As a result, this constitution can correspond to the molding of a film composed of a resin especially easy to receive electrolytic deterioration or a resin containing an additive high in conductivity at a time of the extrusion cooling of the film using an electrostatic close bonding method. |
