PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a hinged lid under an open state, and increase the using handiness by a method wherein for a gable top type paper container for liquid, which is equipped with a pouring-out port with a hinged lid, a notch to hold the hinged lid is formed at the upper end of a location corresponding with a pouring-out port attaching location on the top sealed part. SOLUTION: A gable top type paper container for liquid is equipped with a pouring-out port 2 with a hinged lid on a tilted upper surface wall 11, and in this case, a trapezoidal notch 13 which is windened downward from the upper end, is formed at a location corresponding with a pouring-out port 2 at the center of a top sealed part 12. Then, when a content is poured out, the hinged lid 22 is opened, and fitted in the notch 13 which is formed on the top sealed part 12, and the hinged lid 22 is fixed by protruding parts on both sides of the upper part of the notch 13. By doing so, the hinged lid 22 is held under an opened state. In order to place the hinged lid 22 into a state being held by the notch 13, or being released, the hinged lid 22 is pushed into the notch 13 or removed from the notch 13 by a finger. |
