PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the attachment of the dirt of a seat belt to the clothing so as to maintain a clean feeling of the seat belt, by installing a cover to cover the outer periphery of the belt part abutting to the front part of a user, to the seat belt allowable to mount and demount. SOLUTION: When a seat belt 1 is used, a cover 5 to cover the outer periphery of the belt part 1a abutting to the front part of a user is provided allowable to mount and demount. The cover 5 is formed of a soft cloth or a sheet member in the form folding into two parts, and after it is placed to cover the belt 1 from the outer side, it is fixed to the belt 1 by an adequate fixing means. A fastener 7 at the upper end of the cover exercises the function of a stopper to block the return of the belt by abutting the belt passing hole 4 of a reversing hanger 4. Consequently, the fastening force of the seat belt to a driver can be regulated by converting the installing position of the fastener 7. |
