<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a control pressure by a single control valve, and reduce the cost of the whole system using the control valve. SOLUTION: When a solenoid 107 is exited from its suspending condition, a solenoid selector valve 109 is also simultaneously operated so that atmosphere is introduced into an atmosphere chamber 106. A valve seat 122 is seated on a second valve element 121 by lowering a rod 127 so that a negative pressure valve 123 is closed. The second valve seat 122, a piston 113 and a diaphragm 114 are integrally lowered so as to open an atmosphere valve 117. Hereby, atmosphere as control pressure is introduced into a transforming chamber 103. At that time, control pressure in the transforming chamber 103 is applied to the diaphragm 114 and the valve seat 122 so that the diaphragm 14 and so on is acted to be upwardly pushed back. Therefore, control pressure according to the magnitude of current energized to the solenoid 107, can be produced in the transforming chamber 103.</p> |
