Flavoured and aromatised table salt production - by mixing base salt with additives, drying and milling

A sodium chloride base, optionally mixed with potassium chloride, is mixed with vegetable products in the form of essences, liquors, decoctions or slurries. The mixture is homogenised, dried and milled to the required size giving a flavoured table salt, the ingredients of which cannot separate out.
