The present invention refers to a facility for the manufacturing of vitreous paste mosaic tesseras, which is characterized in that it comprises a first pair of parallel rolling rollers (8, 9), arranged in a horizontal plane and rotary in opposite directions to draw a semi-fluid dough of a vitreous paste which is fed therethrough, so that they form a layer which vertically descends to be inserted between a second pair of creating rollers (26, 27) which parallelly rotate in opposite directions, and are arranged in a horizontal plane and beneath said first pair of rollers, the rollers of said second pair being provided with alveolus (37) defined by ribbings (36), the edge of which is arranged in a developing surface of said rollers, a roller alveolus being speculatively equal to those of the other roller, so that respective roller ribbings are in an opposite relationship with each other in the tangency zone so as to define both the formation of grooves in the vitreous layer that passes therebetween, and of tesseras having an area corresponding to that of said alveolus.
