<p>A device for cutting cured and uncured (green) pavement including concrete is disclosed. The cutting device is capable of cutting a straight groove without the guidance of an operator. It is able to do this because of its design whereby the weight of the cutting device is equally distributed about the cutting blade and the front and rear wheels are mounted on single axles. The cutting device is relatively light in weight, which makes it portable and easy to operate. It also contains other features such as soft contour wheels which reduce and in most cases eliminates the likelihood of any impressions being left in green concrete.</p> |
