摘要 The present invention refers to a continuos emulsification method capable of emulsifying high viscosity organopolysiloxane and capable of making a continuous mass production. A composed extruder is used which barrel 1 contains at least two spindles equipped with mixing means 3 installed in parallel. In each spindle there are elevations and depressions formed along axial direction, and respective spindles elevations and depressions are intercalated. Organopolysiloxane rubber, emulsifying agent and water are continuously supplied as raw material to this composed extruder; producing an organopolysiloxane in water emulsion when mixing and homogenizing raw material, submitting them, through rotation of equipped spindles with mixing means, to a cutting action at a cutting speed of at least 10/seconds (for example, 10 reciprocal seconds).
