The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration comprising: a) a core containing a medicinal active ingredient; b) a press-coated layer comprising a water soluble polymer independently from pH; such layer being provided around the core and c) a film comprising an enteric polymer, said film being provided around the press-coated layer. The medicinal active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention, is not released while it remains in the stomach, and it subsequently moves from the stomach until it reaches an objective site in the intestine, being finally quickly released, so that the intestinal active ingredient is efficiently supplied to the objective site in the intestinal tract.
