A signal link state control method of a common line signal system of a full electronic exchange fractionates a signal link state, and prevents a malfunction of a signal terminal making a signal link and a signal data link. The control method includes the steps of: making a signal data link about an inactive signal link, and controlling the signal data link with an active state when an initial arrangement sequence is successful; if an error message of the active signa link is received, cutting-off a traffic transmitted to the signal link, transmitting the traffic to another link, retrying an initial arragement to a signal terminal when completing the traffic conversion, restarting a signal trsaffic transmittion if the initial arrangement is successful; and cutting-off a traffic transmitted to the signal link about an active signal link, transmitting the traffic to another link, releasing a connection between the signal terminal and the signal data link if the traffic conversion is completed, and controlling the signal link with an inactive state.
