To be able to enhance the workability of a twister and to reduce human resources at the same time as generation of various accidents caused by a manual work, an operation controlling means comprises air cylinders 1,2 for moving an electric heating type cutting knife(10) and an absorbing nozzle(20). And a timer T1 for controlling the operation of this air cylinders 1, 2, a solenoid valve 1, also a timer T2 for operating the above absorbing nozzle(20) are included in this twister. In addition a solenoid valve 2 and a timer T3 which stops the operation of the electric heating type cutting knife and the absorbing nozzle, at the same time as returning the components to their original position, and which controls the solenoid valve 1 are contained therein.
