STAND FOR THE REPAIR OF HOUSINGS

The stand is simplified and has small weight. It enable that large-size housings of the heaters should be fixed in horizontal position. The workers can make the repairs of the head of the housing whilst it is in vertical position at a height convenient for work. The stand is mobile and is fixed by foundation bolts close to the heaters. It consists of a frame (1) on which driving rollers (2 & 6) rest, as well as a gear drive (3), supporting beam (5) connection shafts (7) and support rollers (8 & 9). The driving rollers (2 & 6) receive their motion from the gear drive (3) and the connection shafts (7). The gear drive (3) is driven manually through the shaft (4) or mechanically by an electric motor (10) and a gear reducer. The housing (13) of the high pressure heater, carried by a hoisting crane is eccentrically fitted to the supporting beam (5) and is turned in horizontal position when the supporting rope (15) of the range in released lying on the rollers (2, 6, 8 & 9). A friction transmission is formed between the housing (13) and the driving rollers (2 & 6) by means of which the housing is rolled during the repair works. (11) 129
