Two oil dipping rollers(2,2') are installed in the oiling agent tub(1) and the lubricated yarn strand passes through in touch with the two ceramic bars(3,3'). The surfaces of the oil dipping rollers(2,2') are coated with teflon or ceramics and have smooth surfaces and turn around the axis to the proceeding direction of the strands, so the friction with the strand is minimized. By the contact of the ceramic bars(3,3'), the strands are removed of the excess oil coated and the vacuum pump installed on both sides and at the upper and lower parts of the strand, the sectional deformation of the strand is minimized and a high quality strand is produced.
