A loading method of the packet transaction apparatus in order to execute loading smoothly in the environment of many traffics for exchanging the packetes. The said method whereby the communication channel is initialized in the packet bus(13), the transmission stay time of the loading requirement signal is decided, the operation system code and the application program code of the packet transaction apparatus is received, and the operation system and the application program is executed.
