This device is provided that one strand of bobbin which is installed at each spindle(20) of a twisting table(10) is connected to pass through all processes like one potted line, finally connected to a winding cylinder(201), when the power is on. The twist table starts to turn at a certain speed by the table drive belt(V1) connected to the second pulley of the motor(M), continuously by the spindle drive belt(V2), the spindle drive pulley(3) is turning separately from the twisting table. Accordingly, each spindle(20) conducts revolving around the spindle drive pulley as the center and also rotating based on the rotation of the spindle.
