The picture production method involves arranging combinations of biological products on the glass plate of a scanner, using artistic judgement to position different colours, shapes and sizes to form a pleasing arrangement. The computer is then used to make a digitised version of the picture, which can be further processed, printed, etc. The foodstuffs can then be disposed of without damage to the environment as they are biologically degradable.
