The rubber elastic yarn(65) is supplied by the rubber elastic yarn creel(60) installed at the upper end of the draft. The rubber elastic yarn creel(60) is composed of a pair of rotating axles(61,62) placed at regular interval to place rubber elastic yarn, a guide support(63) which has multiple rod guide(64) at regular interval. The rod guide supporters(63) are fixed on both sides of the fine spinning units and prevent the rubber elastic yarn from getting out of its way.
