The barriers comprise two vertical posts embedded in the ground at their lower ends each supporting a part of two connecting frames (4) whose bottoms are located at a given height above the ground. The immobilising mounting, carried by each post, comprises a lower sleeve (16) which is fitted on the post and immobilised at a height from the bottom part of the frames. This lower sleeve has, at its upper end, two lugs (21) which engage in the ends of two tubes (6), parallel to the post and constituting the lateral sides of two consecutive frames supported by the post. An upper sleeve (17) has two lugs (23) which engage in the opposite ends of the two tubes. This upper sleeve has an axial drilling (25) taking a clamping bolt (26) fitting a locking nut (12) immobilised in the post.
