The differential (1) comprises an input movement crown wheel (3) solidly attached to the differential housing (2), enclosing on the one hand a satellite axle (7). The satellite acts via intermediary satellites first and second planetary systems (9,11). These transmit half of the motor's torque to each of the two driving wheels of the vehicle when they have sufficient adhesion on the road. The differential housing also encloses an assembly of friction brake discs (22) assuring the transfer of at least of part of the motor torque of one wheel which is losing grip to the other wheel. The discs are solidly attached to be part of a planetary system (9), with a central drive (21) attached to the satellite axis.
