The device consists of a container which is open at the top and holds a pouch made from latex or other natural or synthetic supple material, filled with balls. The balls measure, for example, between 5 microns and 5 mm in diameter, and more generally between 0.2 and 0.3 mm. The pouch has an opening equipped with a filter and a valve, and is connected to a vibrator and a vacuum unit. The surface of the container measures some 450 x 450 mm; the vibrator operates by means of weights, and can be mounted on silent blocks. The vibrator and vacuum unit are operated in sequence, e.g. for a duration of 30 sec each.
