A drainer press including a body optionally provided with a drainage chamber, and at least two pressing chambers each provided with a grating and pressing means with angularly offset pushing directions. The body further comprises longitudinal pressing means movable along a horizontal axis through each of said chambers perpendicularly to the pressing directions of each chamber, as well as feed means, particularly a feed hopper, and a fixed juice collecting tray. The volumes of the pressing chambers decrease from the upstream pressing chamber to the downstream pressing chamber.
