A body support is provided which includes a base plate having spaced holes therein, a pad mounted on the base plate and a movable activation plate parallel with the base plate. The pad has reception holes of less depth than that of the pad, the holes in the pad being collinear in alignment and shape with the base plate holes. The activation plate has upright rod members mounted thereon to be collinear in alignment with the holes in the base plate and the pad with the same shapes for a sliding fit in the corresponding holes in the base plate and pad. |
