APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR USE IN CONTROLLING ARRIVING VOICE OF WIRELESS TELEPHONE

The method for adjusting the calling volume of a base unit by using a handset unit is provided. The method includes steps; a) setting a channel between a base unit and a handset unit when a volume up/down button is operated(400~408); b) displaying a calling volume of a base unit after the channel setting is completed(410); c) transmitting a volume up/down signal to a base unit; d) saving and displaying a calling volume corresponding to the transmitted volume up/down signal(412~420); and e) releasing a channel between a base unit and a handset unit when a volume up/down complete button is operated.
