The card incorporates a microcomputer (2) with a microprocessor and a memory, input and output devices, a keyboard and data terminals for supplying stored data, obtained via at least one sensor (7) and an associated A-D converter (8), to a personal computer, e.g. via an adapter. The sensor may be used for measuring physical parameter values for the card user for verifying the user's identification, with operation of the measuring circuit and a display via a solar cell and/or an integrated battery.
