Crystallisation oven for material with low thermal conductivity and/or low hardness comprising a heating shell (1), means of heating (13) to achieve a temperature profile along the axis of the shell and defining at least one hot zone (3) and at least one cold zone (5) and a crucible (9) filled with a solution of the solute to be crystallised. The crucible is fixed and is placed in the shell in the cold zone. The oven comprises a crystallisation device (27) containing a thermal homogeniser and a heat sink separated by a thermally isolating bracing (31), with these three formed as a unit, and means for displacing the crystallisation device along the axis of the shell and around the crucible. |
