The eddy flow adjusting device is adapted to vary the number of frequency of eddy flow generated when air flows in the cylinder of the engine of the automotor. The eddy flow adjusting device includes: an engine rotation number sensor for sensing the number of rotation of the engine; a load sensor for sensing the size of load existing on the operation of the automotor; and an engine controller for sensing the number of rotation of the engine and the size of load to determine an operation range of currently operated engine by using previously stored data. If the operation range of the engine reaches a high range, a bellows of an eddy flow controller is positioned at height H', if reaches an intermediate range, the bellows is positioned at height H", if reaches a low range, the bellows is positioned at height H.
