The power plant has at least one rotor (3) with blades (5) coupled to a rotary part (6) of a generator (1). The rotary part, together with the generator counterpiece (7) as a second rotary part, serves for the current generation. There is a second rotor (4) coupled to the second rotary part (counterpiece) of the generator and rotates in a direction opposite to that of the first rotary part. The blades of the second rotor are adjusted for rotation opposite to that of the first rotor. Preferably the rotors are located on the opposite sides of the generator.
