The machine comprises a controlled fuel supply system using gas from various sources, a water tank and boiler, a coffee filter unit and an insulated storage tank for the brewed coffee. The gas supply unit (1) consists of a pressure tank (1.5) for the gas supply (1.1) and a supply pipe (1.2) and sealing ring (1.3) and jet opening (1.4). The gas control system (2) consists of a hand valve (2.1), automatic ignition switch (2.2) for the igniter (2.2b), a jet (2.3) with burner control switch (2.3a), automatic gas valve (2.5), control switch (2.7) and energy source for the electronic control system (2.8). Water is contained in a tank (3.1) and boiled in a spiral tube (3.2) and delivered to the filter unit (4). The brewed coffee is then collected and stored in an insulated receptacle (5).
