The installation for filtering the washing solution of a washing machine or dishwasher incorporates a filter combination inserted into a washing solution circulation system operated by a circulation pump. The combination comprises filter segments (11-16). The filtrate currents (2, 3) penetrating through the segments are removed separately through separate filtrate lines (21) in such a way that the volume of the individual currents (2, 3) can be adjusted through, geometry or through installed throttles or adjusting devices.
