<p>The present invention is about a process of lightweight adiabatic material which can be used building material of a tall building and enlarge utilization zone of granulated slag by admixturing pearlite and sodium metasilicate with granulated slag as byproduct which is generated in iron manufacturing process.A process of lightweight adiabatic material of present invention comprise a process of admixturing material of adiabatic to be granulated slag 5-20 weight%, pearlite 70-85 weight%, sodium metasilicate 5-15 weight%; a process of adding moisture to said material; a process of molded body by pressure forming method and dehydration; a process of burning by heating at the temperature 850-950 deg.C about 30 minutes.</p> |
