The invention relates to an oxide magnetic material which comprises Fe2O3, NiO, ZnO and CuO (Ni-Cu-Zn based ferrite) and is produced by adding to substitute a MnO3 for part of Fe2O3. This material has improved low-temperature sinterability, improved magnetic property without reaction with metal pastes at the same time, so it can used as a component of chip impedance elements for removing noise. One of MnO, Mn3O4 and MnCO3 can be used instead of MnO3.
