The load hoist rotating movement via an integrated guide track system and guide wheels (17,18) is combined with linear movements of two platforms (1,2). The load platforms are formed as fingers whcih fit into corresponding formations of fingers on the conveyor belt. The combination of rotating and linear movements during a defined manoeuvre cycle is produced by a structurally integrated system in the hoist without the requirement for active collaboration during the manoeuvre cycle. The combination of rotary and linear movements makes it possible to handle goods from and to the conveyor belt without the need for horizontal movement to an from or on the hoist platforms (1,2). The formation with two separate load platforms means that return movements with the hoist empty during the load cycle do not occur. |
