The compound absorbent material, for napkins/diapers for infants and the incontinent or sanitary products or bedding for the sick and incontinent, has at least one granular high absorbency section (18) firmly bonded to the carrier layer (16), especially by adhesion. The granular material (18) is of acrylate or a bio-degradable material. The outer covering layer is a non-woven or at least 20% viscose and max. 80% of polypropylene, or a tissue, or the covering is up to 100% of a particularly hydrophilic viscose. The outer skin (12), impermeable to fluid, is of polypropylene or a combination of amylopectin and amylose in a ratio to form a barrier layer or lie against the outer skin. |
