The fuel collecting system structure is intended to build a fuel pump, a fuel pressure regulator, and a fuel filter as a single system, to thereby suppress the generation of vapour-lock. The improved structure in a fuel collecting system where after the fuel discharged through a fuel pipe is passed through the fuel pump and the fuel filter, it is divided into a fuel delivery pipe injector and a cold start injector by means of the fuel pressure regulator, installs an output valve connected to the fuel pump on the one side of the fuel pressure regulator, installs a return valve adapted to send the spare fuel to the interior of a fuel tank on the other side of the fuel pressure regulator, and connects the fuel filter on the upper side of the fuel pressure regulator, to thereby build the fuel pump, the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter as a single system.
