Process for preparing cotton masking tape attached masker film consists of; a) forming a laminating layer(2) on the cotton(1) and drying, b) coating the other side of cotton(1) with adhesive(3) admixed natural rubber or synthetic rubber and petroleum resin with general adhesive component, and drying to make masking tape(5), c) adhering the masker film(4) to the blank of adhesive(3). Laminating layer(2) consists of the mixture of 100wt% polyethylene, 1.5wt% UV-protecting agent and 5wt% pigment master batch. Masker film(4) is manufatured by a) mixing high pensity polyethylene, 30% calcium carbonate and a little light decomposing agent, b) corona treating the surface of the film to give minute uneveness or ruggedness prominence and depression.
