The side panels (16) form the side walls of a housing (14) whose depth is much less than the depth of the detachably or movably mounted seat panel (10) inserted upright into the housing. The front of the housing is hidden up to the level of the table top by the front (22,10). The top edge of the housing is directly beneath, or on the same plane as, the table top. The seat panel and backrest (12) are inserted in an upright position into the housing.
