The present invention related to a process for manufacturing carbon fiber reinforcement cement mortar using in engineering works, building materials.The present invention comprised a process of mixing sand of the particle size 0.1-0.5mm with cement by weight ratio of 1:0.5-1:0.2; a process of dry mixing by adding carbon fiber for reinforcement 0.5-1 wt.%, fluidization agent with the range of 1-4 weight%; a process of wet mulling.
