The ceramic composition comprises barium oxide, lead oxide, niodium oxide, cerium oxide, and titanium dioxide as a main component, cupric oxide, zinc oxide, bismuth oxide and manganese oxide as a second component having the following equations; x(Ba1-a= Pb a)O-y(ND2O3(1-b)= CeO2(b)= zTiO2. The ceramic composition comprises barim oxide, lead oxide, niodium La2O3(r)-zTiO2(where, 6 < x 20, 10 < y < 20, 60 < z< 75(x+y+z= 100), 0 < a < 0.5, 0 < b < 0.2, 0 < CuO < 1 wt.%, 0 < ZnO < 1wt/%, 0 < Bi2O3 < 1wt.%, 0 < MnO < 1wt.%). In the electric ceramic composition, barium carbonate can use instead of the barium oxide, lead trioxide can also use instead of lead oxide.
