The air duct installing structure of a freight vehicle is used to discharge the hot air within the interior of engine to the outside. The air duct installing structure comprises a reinforcing plate(70) which is attached on the one side of a back panel(10) installed on the one side of an intermediate pole(50), and a bracket(20) having a receiving part(25) into which an air duct(30) is inserted on the other side of the back panel(10), whereby the bracket(20) is coupled with the reinforcing plate(70) through a bolt(60).
