The cementitious polymer composite is produced by mixing, as an aqueous polymer, polyacriyamide, polyvinylalcohol or methylcellulose, or its organic group to portland cement, alumina cement, super hardening cement, calcium alumino sulfate cement. The cementitious polymer composite composition comprises, based on the the cementitious polymer composite, adding an aqueous metal ion containing salts of more than two charges for strong binding of the cement particles and polymer gel or an aqueous alkali or alkali-earth metal containing salts for the promotion of cement hydration reaction.
