PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an artifical timber with a clear grain pattern by disturbing the flow of a raw material under a molten condition by means of a pin in a circular die and transferring a parison with the grain pattern into a mold and molding it therein. SOLUTION: A turbulant flow is generated on the surface by means of each pin 8 when a raw material flows out from a manifold part 5 to a lip part 20 through a circular flow path 5a and a grain pattern of a semi-molten PVC color master batch raw material is formed. A parison 26 under a condition where this grain pattern extruded from the lip part 20 is formed is placed between molds 23 and the molds are clamped and after it is moved to the position of an air blowing nozzle 27, air is fed by means of the air blowing nozzle 27 to perform hollow molding and e.g. an artifical fiber 31 with the grain pattern consisting of a door for a gate for a housing is obtd.
