<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the sectional shape without affecting influence to the profile, external design or function of the molding. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing an extrusion molding with varying sectional shape comprises the steps of dividing a partition wall provided near the outlet opening 24 in a die 23 into an invariable resin channel and a varying resin channel, sending molten resin for forming the sectional invariable part of the molding to the invariable resin channel via an extruder 21 having a fixed number of revolutions of a screw, and sending the molten resin for forming the sectional varying part of the molding to the varying resin channel via an extruder 22 having varying resin discharge amount by varying the number of revolutions of a screw corresponding to the change of the opening shape due to the operation of a shape varying plate 30.</p> |
