<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a password by means of random numbers in accordance with the installation of an incorporated hardware and to prevent the robbery of a device where the password cannot be recorded. SOLUTION: A disk installation detection part 5 detects the installation of a fixed disk device 10 (incorporated hardware) and generates an installation detection signal. A locking part 7 locks the fixed disk device 10 so that it cannot be attached/detached in response to the installation detection signal and a random number generation part 3 generates the random numbers as the password. A display part 4 displays it. At the time of unlocking, a password judgment part 2 compares data inputted from an input part 1 with the stored password. When they are matched, an unlocking signal is generated and an unlocking part 6 unlocks the fixed disk device 10 so that it can be attached/ detached in response to an unlocking signal.</p> |
