PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible coaxial cable by which easy wiring work can be performed and structure of a branch part which is not removed from the connection terminal of a branch-distributor. SOLUTION: A tension member 4 of a master coaxial cable 1 comprising longitudinally arranging a tension member 4 having its flexibility on an external conductor 2 or in a sheath 3 is fixed to a hook 9 of a branch or a distributor 7 and a molding 11 is formed in batch by means of plastic together with the branch or the distributor 7, the master coaxial cable 1 connected to the branch or the distributor 7, and a branching coaxial cable 10.
